So weird to be doing one of these, it's been SO LONG.



MICHAEL GUERIN

My sweet alien disaster bisexual who reawakened voices. I adore him and I want him to interact with everyone, even if he is kind of a crass asshole and an acquired taste. I want all the friends for him, so that way he can build up a network unlike anything he's had before, given that his friends back home numbered two (Isobel and Maria, barely). I love the stuff with Magnus and inching near the alien stuff, but also with Blue and Zoe and Elio. I also want him to build toys for Luke because ugh, precious.

From a plot perspective, he and Alex have been dancing around their usual cosmic bullshit and being friends, but they finally decided to set up a date. Of course, because we are cruel, that will be when they both get ageswitched back to seventeen, pre-kiss. Michael's hand will be healed, Alex's leg will be healed, and they will have no memory of Darrow, so they will get to relive out their first kiss and first time without massive trauma on the other side of it, which will be very good for healing some of their issues.

Past that switch, he and Alex will be doing the dating thing, but probably not the sleeping together thing, so keep an eye out for a sexually frustrated alien near you.

Longer term, his item is going to be the spaceship, which will crash in the country from the atmosphere into parts, which means he will be scrounging for a lot of them by night and starting to build his ship again. I also want more people to find out he's an alien for that freakout, and long-long term, I'd love to do something with the local agencies finding out and trying to kidnap him for all the awful government things he's afraid of.

PATRICK BREWER

I knew as soon as I apped Michael that I wanted a second and Patrick has been so good. He's just so normal, but with the right edge of sass and sarcasm that I adore him. Weirdly, Patrick is probably the absolute closest to my personality that I have ever played, so from a voice perspective even when I worry, it's not so bad. He is from way ahead of David, so there is a lot of worry about that, but he's already come around to seeing it as an opportunity since it means that they'd get to live everything out again and there's no bad in that.

He's getting an item post in probably the next few days of the engagement rings for David, though he won't be doing anything with them other than hiding them in a safe at a bank somewhere because he's also pragmatic enough to know that it's way too soon for that to happen when David's only just said "I love you" to him.

From an actual what he's doing perspective, he's going to be getting a business loan and will be trying to gently coax David into a store set-up with him, but what he might suggest is something different from home, akin to fashion or something else so he doesn't feel like they're just restarting. He's also going to start doing some more open mic and hiking things, to round out the personal.

I also can't wait to thread him off some wilder folks.

If I find I'm handling things okay (which is still a TBD and depends on some personal life stuff), then I will be looking to bring THEO CRAIN because the Luke age thing is too perfect, and also, get her some gals to sleep with and some calm after her trauma.
