He knows he needs to get back out into the world at some point and physically, he's fine again. He breathes in and then out, attaching Bopp's leash, and he knows that he can't do this alone, which is why Caleb's here, but every thought in his mind and feeling in his gut tells him that he should go back inside, say this was a mistake, and curl up in bed again.
He's finally talking again, even if a little more monosyllabicly than before and he's physically okay to move (not that anyone cleared him other than him looking at himself and going, 'yup, I'm good'). Now, well, now comes the part where he needs to get moving, and he's not entirely sure he wants to.
Enter Caleb, who he knows will force him.
That still doesn't stop him from grasping the leash and looking at Caleb with a shrug. "Do you wanna take her?" he asks, since she needs the walk. "I'm not sure I'm feeling up to it."
